Rya Kaufman, Creative Director and founder of Red Design, an advertising, corporate identity and web design studio with offices in New York and Rome since 1997. Born in the ex-Soviet Union, raised in the USA and currently working out of Rome, Italy her strategic approach to projects reflects a spirit of cultural and visual design influences from around the world. Rya benefits from 20 years of experience, working for the New York leading advertising/design agencies and the last decade at the helm of her own. Her work spans many sectors including Tourism, Cultural Institutions, Education, Fashion, and Activism. Rya holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. She is fluent in English, Russian and Italian.
